Today is one of those days when I find myself daydreaming about what it might be like if the girls were both in public school and Mack was in a three or four day preschool class, and I could just go for a walk–a long, nice walk.
It’s extremely hard to justify throwing in the towel on homeschooling and spending so much time with the kids and spending nearly $200 a month (that we do not have) to just go for a walk…..
but I can daydream about it.
And then I can shake myself back into reality and sit down with Ruby while we bang our heads against a wall trying to learn how to count by 10’s, starting with a number other than 10….oh, the joy.
your kids will be old enough soon enough where you can just take a walk and leave them at home!!! Then you can tell Ruby to teach Mack how to count by tens and get Molly to cook dinner.
or you could move here and get a helper to cook dinner and watch the kids š ever thought about a life overseas?
